The picture describes how I feel...

ARGH!! Will I ever get done with the front of the Mariposa? I only have 5 inches so far... I hate being impatient... I also found at LEAST 3 other patterns I want to be knitting. I am an addict to glampyreknits patterns. I've never knitted any before but I've found soo many awesome ones. Of course, I would need to find a way to adapt them to me and my body shape and I have NO idea on how to do that. I'm not allowed to buy anymore says Mr. A. I understand that but still...

I wish I could knit in my sleep, I'd get a LOT done then. I wonder what people do with their knitting projects like sweater, etc. if they lose a lot of weight. I am planning on losing weight but then I think about all the things I want to make and how I wouldn't be able to wear them if I lost weight and then the time I lost doing it. Hmm, something to think about. Maybe I'll just knit socks.

I was able to knit during a movie. I was so happy. I did stop though because it had subtitles and it was getting really good. We watched The Chorus- a French film. It was very good and relaxing before going to sleep.

My question of the day: What do you do with stitch markers? I haven't had to use them yet.

Maybe I'll start a quick knitting project like the One Skein Wonder by glampyre- Ms. Stephanie Japel. I was thinking about making one for my sister. She'd look cute it it. I wonder if I can make Baby A one... Wouldn't that be cute? It would go great with a plain white onesie and some denim shorts or a little skirt. Come on, don't you think so... That is a thought now.

Okay, I'm tired. I think I'm going to go read some blogs before beddie bye time.

Clapotis is a very good example of what stitch markers are good for. Sometimes you need to keep track of where a certain stitch occurs, or you're doing pattern repeats on a difficult pattern (usually lace) and want to make sure that you don't miss a stitch.

With the stitch markers in place at regular intervals, it's also very easy to tell where you made a mistake when you finish a row and find you have too many or too few stitches.

Thank you Sharon,
I am so tempted to try the Clapotis. I just need to find a yarn for it. Thank you for answering my question of the day!!
